>> 1) - Develop and share the future of food production strategies of knowledge economy based on research and development of Nutrigenomics,Nutraceuticals and Functional foods & Novel foods, from the point of view of Precision agriculture and production of pharmaceutical supplements and medicines from natural products. >

>> 2) -Outline-Business opportunities for the companies both the Great and Middle - Small industries , to achieve the cultural change, from Closed Innovation to Open Innovation Strategy , that go from an oversetting "mechanical" pursuing to the new scientific strategy most suited to the complex upgrading of the quality of life.

>> 3) - Decentralizing some "co-location centers of open innovation strategy " ( about 4/6 in Europe) through an interactive interconnection based on a variety of online communication and telecommunication to aggregate a wider group of European Partners and Stakeolders in order to develop a world wide NUTRIGEN- KIC for the development of the Knowledge Based Bio-Economy. (KBBE).

>> 4) – Going bejond best practices of education through Net-learning initiatives of knowledge work, based on WEB-Ediction and dissemination Demos produced in a learning by doing context.Demos production of semi-annual cadence in 4 Languages (IT, EN, FR, ES) and their dissemination online and out of line about the advancements of Research and Development in Nutrigenomics , to promote a well-settled convergence of the Education Management and innovative entrepreneurship focused on the main theme: "Nutrigenomics: from Men to Bacteria" . Demos NUTRIGEN- KIC's "will be made with the best technical graphics and visual and art-products, including interviewing top and world class people in a context of "Mentality Change" , to maximizing private investments by means an educational anticipation of future, based on an enterprise's broad vision dealing with the solution of the comtemporary socio-economic crisis in the sector of a great sociel impact as food quality and health and wellness.

>> 5). - “Brain Gain Program” on advanved Research and Upgrade education to Long-Term-will be based on the fundamental research of "QUORUM SENSING. The “quorum sensing” is a system of communication that swich on and off gene expression in bacteria and also in mitochondria of plants and animals. In fact the processes of transcriptional regulation of DNA is modulated by the "quorum sensing" that utilise a communication signal capable of catalyze the activation or the surpression of some gene's expression in order to change the metabolic pathways and other cellular differentioation processes Therefore studies on “QUORUM SENSING”, will be implemented starting during the program NUTRIGEN-KIC , starting from BIO-FILMs of bacteria, till the processes of communication between Mithocondria and Nuclead DNA in the Nutrigenomic's metabolic processes of man.

>> 6) - In conclusion the essential focus of the innovation driven by research is a key to success in knowledge economy , so that this strategy will be realized to develop NUTRIGEN -KIC program aiming to understand how the process of coding and decoding molecular metabolism of food, can get a new vision and a great innovation impact in creating new business “ FROM SCIENCE to BUSINESS ” as a result of the a better understanding of the CROSS TALK between living cells and environment,
